27er.ma is operated by LDA Trading SARL, the official distributor of the 27er Original brand in Morocco. The 27er Original brand is owned by Venookah, its parent company. For more information about 27er Original and its international presence, please visit venookah.com.

By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the website on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Relationship with Venookah
LDA Trading SARL is the authorized and official distributor of 27er Original products in Morocco, operating under an exclusive partnership with Venookah, the brand owner. While we distribute and market these products locally, all ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Venookah.
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
5. Use of Services
a. Eligibility: You may use the services offered by 27er.ma only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
b. Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activities that occur under your account.

a. Product Information: The products sold on 27er.ma are officially branded 27er Original products. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
b. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock shortages, or issues with payment.
7. Payments and Pricing
a. Pricing: All prices listed on 27er.ma are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are subject to change without notice.
b. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be displayed at checkout. You agree to pay all charges and any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
8. Shipping and Delivery
a. Third-Party Shipping and Free Shipping: All deliveries within Morocco are handled by third-party courier services. Orders over 400 MAD qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
b. Next-Day Fulfillment: Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled and handed over to the third-party courier by the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and your location.
c. Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service or any other factors beyond our control.
9. Returns and Refunds
a. All Sales Final: All sales made through 27er.ma are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased, except in the case of damaged or defective items as outlined below.
b. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@ldat.ca. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item upon verification.
c. Process for Reporting Issues: To report any issues with your order, including damaged or defective items, please provide proof of the damage or defect (e.g., photos) along with your order number.
10. Limitation of Liability
LDA Trading SARL is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the products sold on 27er.ma. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, related to the products sold on this website, including but not limited to the product’s fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the 27er Original brand and products belong to Venookah, the official brand owner. LDA Trading SARL and 27er.ma are authorized to use these trademarks solely for marketing and sales within Morocco. Unauthorized use of 27er Original intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
